Douglas Acheson

Douglas Acheson is a tenured professor at the Purdue School of Engineering and Technology, specialized in computer graphics. He has founded the Computer Graphics program in the Mechanical Engineering Technology department and was the Program Director from 1997 to 2005. He has published dozens of papers in international conferences and is actively involved in an international humanitarian project through the Basic Utility Vehicle program in the Institute of Affordable Transportation. He has served as the judge of several national science and engineering competitions. Professor Acheson has been to China, Russia, Spain, South Africa, Norway and other countries on educational or mission trips and has been a keen advocate on international collaboration in educating the younger generation.



Kelly Long

Kelly Long is a tenured professor at Colorado State University teaching education and history. She is an expert in East Asian Studies and has been doing extensive research on inter-cultural relationships and war history. Kelly has received multiple major grants from National Endowment for the Humanities. She is a frequent traveler to East Asian countries. Before she joined the Colorado State University, she had been a high school teacher for more than a decade. She is very familiar with the high school education system and teaching approaches. Kelly had been engaged in the cultural exchange programs between China and the US, and had contributed greatly to the advancement of Chinese language teaching in the Poudre School District.



Oliver Tzeng

Oliver Tzeng was born and raised in Taiwan. He completed his doctoral studies in Quantitative Psychology at the University of Illinois under two world renowned leaders: Professor Charles E. Osgood in cognitive psychology and cross-cultural social psychological research, and Professor Ledyard Tucker in quantitative psychology. Since 1976 until he retired in 2005, Olive Tzeng was Professor of Psychology at Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis, teaching courses in measurement theories and practice, advanced statistical techniques, and social and cross-cultural psychology. Oliver Tzeng founded the prestigious Osgood Laboratory for Cross-Cultural Research in 1985 and established a multidisciplinary graduate training program at the University funded by the US Department of Human Services and various states and local agencies. He was the formal president (2005-2007) of the International Academy of Intercultural Research. He has published dozens of books and papers in dealing with cross-cultural issues, inter-person relationships, and psychological measurements. Oliver founded "TORP-N-LQ International" that provides internet-based psychological and relational counseling services to people of all ages and all nations. His "eLovePrism" product has been adopted by the famous nation-wide "Teacher Zhang Foundation" in Taiwan to help with their in-house counseling services. In 1995, Oliver received his J.D. degree and has since then also been an Attorney at Law specialized in international law, family law, child protection and civil rights.



Grace Zach

Grace Zach believes that education is a life-long gift to be nurtured and treasured. In her career as a high school teacher in Fort Collins, Colorado, she had taught Speech, Debate, American Listerature, and Advanced Palcement Senior Humanities. She had served as the English Department Chair. Through the Poudre School District Foundation, she established Poet Laureate Awards, and from 1996-2002, honored elementary, junior high and high school teachers who demonstrated creativity and excellence in teaching poetry. In 2002, ZACH ELEMENTARY SCHOOL was named by the Poudre School District to honor the life-long achievements and contributions of Grace and her late husband Robert. She also established the Zach Elementary Celebrate Creativity Fund. She presently serves as an Honorary Board Member of the Poudre School District Foundation, and is an active Board Member of the Crystal Lakes Community Fund which is dedicated to enhancing the mountain community near Red Feather Lakes, Colorado.



Wenjuan Zhou

Wenjuan Zhou is the Senior Human Resource Manager in the China branch of Tempel Steel, a US-based global steel manufacturing company. She has rich experience in employee training and career counseling. She is an expert in organizing training programs in project management, time management, communication skills, leadership qualities, and conflict management. Working with employees in China and US on a daily basis, she is fully aware of the cultural differences among the two countries, and knows the importance of inter-cultural communications and skills desired in the global workforce. She travels frequently between US and China and offers great advice to the training programs organized by Pathway.

Mr. Zheng graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Automation from Shanghai three years ago. He decided to pursue a Master's degree in Computer Science in game development. However, he wasn't able to provide a satisfactory TOEFL or IELTS score.
