Tourism is also a vital part of the economy of Indianapolis, and the city plays host to numerous conventions and sporting events. Of these, perhaps the most well known is the annual car race called "Indianapolis 500". Other major sporting events include the Brickyard 400 and the Men's and Women's NCAA Basketball Tournaments. Famous local attractions include Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and Western Art, Conner Prairie (A living history museum), Indianapolis Motor Speedway (home of the Indianapolis 500 race), the White River State Park, and the Scottish Rite Cathedral.

The training center is located in the heart of the Indianapolis downtown and minutes away from the campus of Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis (IUPUI). Students will have free access to the IUPUI facilities such as the campus center, library, natatorium, and computer labs. Downtown Indianapolis hosts restaurants of different styles (Italian, French, German, Egyptian, Mexican, Indian, Chinese, etc), a large shopping mall, museums, theaters, and concert halls.

Students take classes in the morning and have the afternoons free to take part in varies types of activities, such as visits to local sites and attractions. The Program combines key language skills including speaking, listening, pronunciation, vocabulary, reading and writing. Students practice conversation and speaking skills using practical, real-world English. They learn to write with accuracy and effectiveness, develop strategic listening skills and improve their use of grammar. The training center has a state-of-the-art Language Technology Center for students to work on their individual language skills and objectives through technology-supported learning. Students will take a placement test on the first day of class and be assigned different classes based on the test result. Upon completion of the program, students will get a certificate of attendance.

When the training program is over, a one week optional travel package can be added to tour the west coast areas such as San Francisco, Los Angeles and their surrounding attractions such as Disney Land, Universal Studios, San Diego Sea World, or Hollywood.
